The Mint Gin & Tonic
Glass: Martini
Makes 2
This twist on a old classic is simple. We’ve also got a
blood orange gin and tonic, if you fancy another twist.

- 2 shot gin
- Cawston’s Cucumber & Mint Drink
- Ice
Method:
- Add everything into a glass.
- Stir.
- Garnish with a sprig of mint or a slice of lime if you want to be fancy.
The Peach Bellini Cocktail
Glass: Martini
Makes 2
If you’re a fan of a bubbles, this peachy bellini is right up your street. Served
in a martini glass – it’ll give your Easter lunch a bit of pizazz.

- chilled brut sparkling wine
- fresh peach juice
Method:
- Pour in champagne and top with peach juice.

The Paloma Cocktail

Makes 2

With this tequila Paloma cocktail – you’ll all be merry in no time.

- 60ml fresh juice from 2 grapefruits
- lemonade
- Ice
