What’s inside the box?

For the main:

Butter Based Turkey

Renowned for their superior taste, our turkeys are bred and grown on Red Tractor Assured farms in beautiful East Anglia. Seasoned with lemon and fresh rosemary, rubbed with butter, foil baked and basted for optimum flavour, this roast will be the centrepiece of your Christmas feast.

If you’re ordering a box for 4-6 people, you’ll receive a Turkey Crown. Boxes for 8-10 people contain a Whole Turkey

Succulent Pigs in Blankets

Our pigs in blankets come from award-winning Master Butcher, Edwards of Conwy, located in the historic World Heritage town of Conwy, North Wales. Deliciously seasoned pork cocktail sausages wrapped in streaky bacon, are roasted until golden for a classic Christmas side.

Fluffy Roast Potatoes

Chef Mimi is well known for her roast potatoes. Perfectly crisp and golden on the outside, mouthwateringly fluffy on the inside, and seasoned generously with rosemary salt, no Christmas dinner should be without them.

Pancetta and Hazelnut Brussel Sprouts

Not even the most passionate sprout-hater could resist our Brussels Sprout Gratin. Salty pancetta cuts through the more subtle flavours, while hazelnut, with its buttery and sweet taste, makes this a deliciously festive dish.

Seasonal Stuffing

Slow Cooked Spiced Red Cabbage With Apple and Cinnamon

Cinnamon and apple are the secret ingredients to our show-stopping red cabbage recipe and will leave your kitchen smelling amazing. This classic Christmas side is a colourful addition to any table and will bring the flavours of your dinner to life.

Roasted Root Veggies

Root veg naturally caramelises when roasted, so a drizzling of maple syrup is just the thing to draw out their sweetness, while thyme – with its more earthy tones – blends beautifully to create a wholesome side to your Christmas centrepiece.

Purple Sprouting Broccoli

A fresh, delicious vegetable with a crunchy texture, purple sprouting broccoli makes the perfect Christmas side dish.

Rich Festive Gravy

Last but certainly not least, gravy. A good gravy has the power to transform a meal. Our festive gravy is just that and can be made in advance, simply reheating on the day to save you time. Its rich taste is the perfect accompaniment to your delicately flavoured turkey.

Optional Dessert:

Chocolate Orange Cheesecake Pots with Maple Hazelnut Brittle

Christmas Cheese Platter
