Zahtar is incredibly popular in the Middle East. Whether a veggie dish or a meat one, this little spice is generously sprinkled on to add big flavour. Have you heard of sumac? It’s that wildly vibrant red pile you see above. Its tangy, tart flavour will add a sparkly new flavour to your dinner.
