We now have the tastiest, non-compromising, meat alternatives on the menu!

At HelloFresh, we believe choosing to eat veggie should never feel like a compromise.

Don’t miss our new veggie recipes like these Yasai Yaki Udon Noodles

That’s why every veggie recipe on our weekly menu, like all our recipes, goes through rounds of testing to make sure we get the taste just right. If you’re new to eating vegetarian recipes, you’ll know researching new dishes and trying to find the right ingredients can be tricky. At HelloFresh, we make switching up your diet incredibly easy with six meat-free recipes on the menu each week, so you’ve got a whole load of veggie goodness to choose from.

But we didn’t stop there. This week, we launch new vegetarian recipes featuring meat-alternatives from Vivera. Our chefs selected Vivera because of their great taste and innovative products, like the Vivera mince in our loaded potato wedges with mince and lime soured cream.

Here’s what’s coming up in the menu to get excited about! #MeatlessMondays have never looked so good.

Upside Down Loaded BBQ Potatoes with Plant-Based ‘Chicken’ & Black Beans

Loaded potatoes is a classic (and delicious) hands-on sharer recipe, and with good reason. For this recipe, we’ve reversed the order and topped the smokey BBQ ‘chicken’ and black bean filling with cheesy potatoes. YUM.

Loaded Potato Wedges and Plant-Based Mince with Lime Soured Cream and Spring Onion

Comfort in a bowl, this recipe has you covered when you’re planning your next cosy night at home.

And that’s all we can share, for now! Be sure to keep a lookout on our menu in the next few weeks for more of our recipes with Vivera.

Plus, share with us your favourites on Instagram and Facebook using #HelloFreshSnaps, and we’ll share our favourites weekly!
