Our Festive Gingerbread Milkshake December 2, 2016
If there is one time of year when indulgence is warranted. But if you’re going to do it, do it right with our incredibly Christmassy gingerbread milkshake. Our chef Mimi made it with actual gingerbread cookies that she got on a trip to Berlin and now they’re a firm festive staple on Fridays at the Fresh Farm. Naughty but very very nice.
- 250ml Almond Milk
- 6 Dates
- 1 tbsp Cocoa Powder
- 2 gingerbread cookies
- Crushed Almonds sprinkled on top
- Cut your dates into small pieces and place into a blender with the rest of your ingredients.
- Pour into cups and sprinkle almonds on top.
- If you want it a bit sweeter, add a date or too more.
