5 fruit and vegetables a day

Your vegetable and fruit plan  with Cookipedia

Growing up we’ve all heard that we should eat (or drink) 5 portions of fruit or veg a day. But no one ever seems to fully clarify what constitutes a portion. Now, I found this really cool tool where you can find out! It’s called Cookipedia and it’s fab. If you ever want to know how much fruit and vegetables you should be eating, just head on over and find out.
