5 fruit and vegetables a day

Your vegetable and fruit plan  with Cookipedia

Growing up we’ve all heard that we should eat (or drink) 5 portions of fruit or veg a day. But no one ever seems to fully clarify what constitutes a portion. Now, I found this really cool tool where you can find out! It’s called Cookipedia and it’s fab. If you ever want to know how much fruit and vegetables you should be eating, just head on over and find out.

    How much is one portion?

    Pears: 1

Kale: 4 heaped tablespoons of curly kale

    Passion Fruit: 6 passion fruit

    Radish: 10 radishes

    Raspberries: 2 handfuls

    Oranges: 1

Carrots: 3 heaped tablespoons of fresh carrot slices

     red cabbage

Red cabbage: 2 handfuls of sliced cabbage

    Grapes: 1 handful of grapes

    Broccoli: 2 spears broccoli

How much fruit and vegetables do you eat?
