    Pollen & Grace Pop Up

Introducing our friends Pollen + Grace – they’ll deliver exquisitely nutritious and scrumptious lunches to you in London – so no more average sandwiches necessary. Stephanie Johnson started Pollen + Grace last year driven by the inconvenience of having to prepare lunch each evening due to a lack of tasty, healthy options available. Steph created Pollen + Grace so those who wanted a delicious, healthy lunch could do so, without having to plan ahead. And everything is completely free from gluten, wheat, dairy and refined sugars so nobody has to miss out anymore.

Luckily for you Steph’s got a pop up opening from 25th January to the 6th February down at Old Street Underground. Don’t miss out on the chance to try their excellent lunches, juices and snacks. Check out their menu.

Similar to HelloFresh, we certainly believe that being healthy is about much more than just food. It starts with listening to your body, and giving it the wholesome, natural foods that it wants, but you also quickly notice the stress that day to day life puts on your body. Taking time to nurture your mind, body and soul through practices such as yoga and meditation, alongside eating healthy, wholesome food definitely makes you feel like a whole new person!

One of your snacks is called bliss balls… what are they?!

Bliss balls are definitely as good as they sound! They’re a mixture of dates, nuts and various superfoods, all mixed together then rolled by hand into chewy balls packed full of lot of tasty goodness. We use a base of dates and cashews then add lots of delicious things such as cacao, maca and matcha.

Once the pop up is over…

You can also find us at some of the London’s best healthy cafes and fitness studios, such as: Frame, The Power Yoga Company, Boom Cycle and more.
