Want to know how to peel ginger super easily?

Ginger has massive and varied health benefits – which is why we love using it in our recipes! This funky looking ingredient may appear difficult to handle, but we assure you it is very simple to add to recipes and teas alike.  All you need is a spoon!

Step 1)

Use your spoon to gently peel the skin off the ginger, by scraping with the edge.

Step 2)

Once your ginger is peeled, continue to use the spoon to scoop out the ginger goodness, and chop it finely with a knife. Alternatively you can grate your ginger for a really fine consistency – this works well for soups and stir-fries. For a soothing tea, slice the ginger thinly and let steep in hot water with a slice of lemon and a dollop of honey!

And you’re done – it really is that easy!
