Halloween Party Popcorn Recipes

    Did someone say Halloween movie marathon? Up your snack game big time with these four flavoured popcorn recipes. It’s official: movie night will never be the same…  

     

    With these four sweet and savory flavored popcorn recipes, you won’t have to make any snacking sacrifices. Is it too dramatic to call this a dream-come-true?

    Cinnamon Sugar Popcorn

    Step aside, apples. Cinnamon has a new partner-in-deliciousness: popcorn. And boy, what an amazing pair they make.

    Ingredients:

    • 10 Cups Popped Popcorn
    • 2 Tablespoons Unsalted Butter, melted
    • 1 Teaspoon Cinnamon
    • 2 Tablespoons Sugar

    Instructions:

    1. In a large bowl, toss popcorn with butter.
    2. In a small bowl, combine cinnamon and sugar.
    3. Sprinkle over popcorn and toss to coat.

    Matcha Popcorn


    Ingredients:

    • 10 Cups Popped Popcorn
    • 1 1/2 Tablespoons Melted Coconut Oil
    • 1 Tablespoon Matcha Powder
    • Sea salt, to taste

    Instructions:

    1. In a large bowl, toss popcorn with coconut oil.
    2. Sprinkle matcha powder and sea salt over popcorn and toss to coat.

    Salted Dark Chocolate Popcorn

    We thought chocolate couldn’t get any better. We were wrong.

    Ingredients:

    • 10 Cups Popped Popcorn
    • 4 Ounces Dark Chocolate, chopped
    • 1 Teaspoon Sea Salt, divided

    Instructions:

    1. Place popcorn in a large bowl. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Set both aside.
    2. Place chocolate and 1/2 teaspoon salt in a microwave-safe bowl. Microwave in 30-second increments until chocolate is fully melted.
    3. Pour melted chocolate over popcorn, and immediately stir to coat thoroughly.
    4. Spread chocolate-covered popcorn onto lined baking sheet. Sprinkle with remaining sea salt.
    5. Let sit at room temperature until chocolate has hardened, 45 minutes – 1 hour.

    Salted Caramel Popcorn

    And last, but certainly not least…salted caramel-flavored popcorn.

    Ingredients:

    • 10 Cups Popped Popcorn
    • 1/2 Cup Unsalted Butter (1 Stick)
    • 1/2 Cup Brown Sugar
    • 1/4 Cup Maple Syrup
    • 1/2 Teaspoon Vanilla Extract
    • 1/2 Teaspoon Sea Salt
    • 1/4 Teaspoon Baking Soda

    Instructions:

    1. Place popcorn in a large bowl. Set aside.
    2. Heat butter over medium heat until melted. Stir in brown sugar and maple syrup. Bring to a boil and let cook about 3 minutes.
    3. Add vanilla extract, sea salt, and baking soda. Stir to combine.
    4. Pour caramel sauce slowly into popcorn, stirring frequently.
    5. Set aside to cool slightly.
