Cinnamon Sugar Popcorn
Step aside, apples. Cinnamon has a new partner-in-deliciousness: popcorn. And boy, what an amazing pair they make.
Ingredients:
- 10 Cups Popped Popcorn
- 2 Tablespoons Unsalted Butter, melted
- 1 Teaspoon Cinnamon
- 2 Tablespoons Sugar
Instructions:
- In a large bowl, toss popcorn with butter.
- In a small bowl, combine cinnamon and sugar.
- Sprinkle over popcorn and toss to coat.
Matcha Popcorn
Ingredients:
- 10 Cups Popped Popcorn
- 1 1/2 Tablespoons Melted Coconut Oil
- 1 Tablespoon Matcha Powder
- Sea salt, to taste
Instructions:
- In a large bowl, toss popcorn with coconut oil.
- Sprinkle matcha powder and sea salt over popcorn and toss to coat.
Salted Dark Chocolate Popcorn
We thought chocolate couldn’t get any better. We were wrong.
Ingredients:
- 10 Cups Popped Popcorn
- 4 Ounces Dark Chocolate, chopped
- 1 Teaspoon Sea Salt, divided
Instructions:
- Place popcorn in a large bowl. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Set both aside.
- Place chocolate and 1/2 teaspoon salt in a microwave-safe bowl. Microwave in 30-second increments until chocolate is fully melted.
- Pour melted chocolate over popcorn, and immediately stir to coat thoroughly.
- Spread chocolate-covered popcorn onto lined baking sheet. Sprinkle with remaining sea salt.
- Let sit at room temperature until chocolate has hardened, 45 minutes – 1 hour.
Salted Caramel Popcorn
And last, but certainly not least…salted caramel-flavored popcorn.
Ingredients:
- 10 Cups Popped Popcorn
- 1/2 Cup Unsalted Butter (1 Stick)
- 1/2 Cup Brown Sugar
- 1/4 Cup Maple Syrup
- 1/2 Teaspoon Vanilla Extract
- 1/2 Teaspoon Sea Salt
- 1/4 Teaspoon Baking Soda
Instructions:
- Place popcorn in a large bowl. Set aside.
- Heat butter over medium heat until melted. Stir in brown sugar and maple syrup. Bring to a boil and let cook about 3 minutes.
- Add vanilla extract, sea salt, and baking soda. Stir to combine.
- Pour caramel sauce slowly into popcorn, stirring frequently.
- Set aside to cool slightly.
