    matcha ice lollies recipe

Let´s be honest, there is a reason ice cream so popular and it´s because it´s so good… end of. But  when I think of all the lactose intolerant people out there (or even one friend who is allergic to egg… did you know that a lot of ice cream has egg in?!) it brings a wee tear to my eye. So, I thought I would create a delicious yoghurt-y matcha ice lolly just for them.

These are so easy and you don´t need fancy ice lolly paraphenalia either. Just grab some plastic cups and some of these wooden ice cream sticks and you`ve got all the kit you need. These matcha ice lollies are also sugar-free! And believe me they taste great!
