Yummy, yummy, yummy!

It’s almost the weekend – which means you’ve got the time to have a nice long breakfast (or brunch).  For those of you who love a good eggs Florentine or Benedict, but find poaching an egg a bit difficult – because you end up with a stringy mess – we’ve got a nice little step by step guide on how to poach an egg!

Step 1. Add half a cup of white wine vinegar to your gently bubbling water
Step 2. Stir in in nicely!

Step 3. Rather than cracking your egg straight into the pot, crack it into a small bowl. Then gently pour it into the water
Step 4. Allow to cook for 4-5 minutes and spoon out with a slotted spoon

Step 5. Enjoy on toast, muffins or bagels with avocado, smoked salmon, cream cheese or spinach and ham! SO many options!

I love poached eggs but instead of using water I use tomato sauce with spicies, it is great!
