Leaving an item out of your box is something we don’t take lightly. We are working hard at scaling up our operation to meet customers’ demands. We’re encountering some packing issues and as a consequence some of you have had items missing in your box.
Our customer care team is experiencing a high volume of contacts. Bear with us while we come back to you.
Logistics and delivery
We’re committed to getting your recipe box to you. We have seen some disruption to our delivery schedule and we know that this is inconvenient to you. We’re working hard to get this right.
