1. Sticky Asian Chicken Tray Bake with Broccoli and Sugar Snap Rice
Tonight, fussy eaters, we’re on your side! As a child, chef Lizzie was a very picky eater, but one recipe she couldn’t say “no” to was her mum’s one-pan Asian chicken traybake. Taking a trip down memory lane, Lizzie has recreated her favourite childhood recipe, adding in a couple of twists here and there. Who couldn’t be tempted to the table by sticky chicken!? This dish is about to become your family’s favourite!
2. Halloumi Tray Bay with Mediterranean Roasted Vegetables and Pesto Drizzle
For a real taste of the Mediterranean, this dish has it all. Potatoes, courgettes, peppers and onions are roasted together before the halloumi is added for the final 20 minutes until everything is deliciously golden. Serve up, finish off the flavours with a pesto drizzle and dive in! Minimal washing up, quick to prep, and packed with fresh summery flavours, this recipe is perfect for feeding a crowd.
3. Peri-Peri Chicken Traybake with Potato Wedges and Peri Mayo
Peri-Peri. The Portuguese marinade so delicious, they named it twice. We’ve given this traditionally fiery sauce a milder, family-friendly flavour and combined it with honey, red wine vinegar, oregano and oil for a taste that won’t disappoint. With minimal prep time and washing up, this is a great mid-week winner. Clean plates all round.
4. Caramelised Onion Sausage Traybake with Carrots, Apple and Caramelised Onion Drizzle
Our Caramelised Sausage Tray Bake is the perfect dish for a cosy autumnal night in. A real one-pot wonder, our delicious sausages are roasted alongside onion, apple, carrot, potato and sage until everything is golden and cooked through. Spinach is wilted down and stirred through at the very end for a good hit of extra veg and then drizzled in a warm caramelised onion jus. Warming, hearty, and flavour-packed, this is the perfect weeknight dish.
