Victoria’s Green Juice Recipe

Our chef Vix loves a good health kick – so here’s her infamous secret green juice recipe. She didn’t part with it super easily… but as she knew it was for you guys, she made an exception! It’s great at any time of the day – to give you that feeling of “ahhh, I feel pretty well nourished right now” instead of the feeling of “ohhh… I feel awful and tired… maybe another coffee?”. We’re all addicted to coffee, but sometimes you just need to step away from the beans and hydrate with something green and juicy.
Victoria’s Green Juice Recipe
Ingredients
- 1 cup spinach (Vit. A, Vi. C)
- 1 banana (frozen if you can) (Vit. B6, Vit. C)
- ½ cup mango (frozen if you can) (Vit. C, Vit. A)
- ¼ cup plain Greek Yoghurt (Vit. B12)
- ½ cup low fat or almond milk (Vit. A)
Instructions:
- *For extra flavor: add 1 tsp of cinnamon
- *Boost it up: add 1 Tablespoon of Green Matcha Powder for extra antioxidants
- * Nutrition: 216 Calories, 209% of vitamin A, 30% vitamin B6, 153% of vitamin C
