We’ve created a limited edition set of recipes that draw inspiration from Japan’s most recognisable flavours. Take the deliciously salty Crispy Japanese-Style Fried Chicken recipe, packed with that magical umami flavour, or the satisfyingly sweet and sour taste of these Salmon Teriyaki Skewers. Prepare your taste buds for a really delicious journey.

Donburi is a Japanese rice-bowl dish that combines meat and vegetables. In this recipe, our chefs have opted for succulent shredded duck leg (yum!) and a rainbow of fresh mixed vegetables all of which are coated in garlic, ginger sesame oil and a squeeze of lime.

For that Japanese-inspired twist, these pork burgers are seasoned with garlic, salt and ketjap manis then combined with breadcrumbs. Then, when fried, they’re coated in more ketjap manis for a beautifully sweet and sticky consistency. Teamed with stir-fried veggies and sesame coated wedges, this recipe is a real treat.
