This is such a good idea! I often find myself sticking to the same meals and preparing them in exactly the same way or with the same ingredients each time but it’s nice to try something a bit different. I quite often use paprika in my cooking, especially in chicken dishes but haven’t really explored some of the others much, such as star anise and pomegranate. Hi your Mocktails sound delicious but I have a worry with the sugar syrup.I am trying to lose weight by following a healthy eating plan.I am getting my first delivery today and I am looking forward to how you do it.

Trisha says:

Hi Anne,

If you don’t want to use sugar syrup that’s fine too! Don’t add it, and see how it tastes. If you’d then like it a bit sweeter, add a tiny bit of honey to some hot water, stir it and then add that in (once cooled).
