Can you believe whipping up a cheffy breakfast or morning tea treat is so simple? neither could we! Chia seeds contain mega 3 fatty acids, dietary fibre, antioxidants and a load of protein, so they’re a high energy addition to a snack if ever we’ve heard of one.

Great way to use up the left over coconut milk from the laksa recipe! Delicious thank you. More ‘left over stuff from the Hello Fresh Box’ recipes needed! Not that there’s ever a lot of left overs but when there is something left over these recipes are fab! Keep up he good work. The blog is great!

A teaspoon of chia seeds mixed in to porridge oats before adding milk transforms the cooked texture into a delicious thing all its own. You’ll never cook porridge without it again!
I use 1 tsp. chia seeds, 1 cuo oats, 1 cup almond milk, 1 cup coconut milk in a deep bowl. Stir well. Microwave on high 5 minutes. Let set for 5 minutes. If pressed for time decrease each milk to 3/4 cup
Add berries for extra deliciousness and nutrition. My personal favourite are blueberries.
