How To Nail Cranberry Sauce

    We think you’re pretty sweet, which is why this Christmas, our chef Mimi is letting you in on her trick for making a cranberry sauce that’s the perfect mix of sweet and tangy. Your loved ones will be singing your praises after a dollop or two of this sauce with their turkey. Plus cranberries are a good source of antioxidants, particularly anthocyanin that gives them their red pigment to keep you feeling good over the festive period!

    Cranberry Sauce recipe

    Mimi’s Cranberry and Pistachio Sauce Recipe


    • 60g Dried Cranberries
    • 1 tbsp White Wine Vinegar
    • 25g Pistachios
    • 175ml Water


    1. Pop the dried cranberries andwhite wine vinegar in a small saucepan with a pinch of sugar and the water.
    2. Cook on high heat until the water has evaporated and your dried cranberries are soft and sticky. Stir in your pistachios.
    3. Serve and enjoy!
