No-one gets fat in a couple of months, therefore how can anyone expect to loose the weight overnight. Concentrate on positive achievements every day.
You don’t need Diet Chef or quick fix diet products – make a change to your life.
That’s what I love most about Hello Fresh Recipes, healthy food, I can create. In a mad and busy life, I feel I am positively doing something for myself and get a real kick out of it. I put on some easy music, pour a glass of fizzy water (hoping I believe the bubbles are alcoholic) and enjoy just being me. I don’t choose what I want, I wait for the delivery and my husband and I travel through the recipes. Were never hungry for more !
