How to Poach an Egg

    Yummy, yummy, yummy!

    It’s almost the weekend – which means you’ve got the time to have a nice long breakfast (or brunch).  For those of you who love a good eggs Florentine or Benedict, but find poaching an egg a bit difficult – because you end up with a stringy mess – we’ve got a nice little step by step guide on how to poach an egg!

    Step 5. Enjoy on toast, muffins or bagels with avocado, smoked salmon, cream cheese or spinach and ham! SO many options!
