Healthy Turmeric and Mango Smoothie
Ingredients
- 1 cup orange juice
- 1 banana
- 2 peaches, stones removed
- half a mango, cubed
- 1 tbsp grated ginger
- 1 tsp of turmeric
- 1 cup almond milk
- 1 heaped tbsp natural yoghurt
- 2 tbsp honey
- ice cubes
Instructions:
