    You know all those nasty bugs and viruses that are going around at this time of year? Inflammation is a huge contributor to a lot of them and the active ingredient in turmeric is an amazing anti-inflammatory. Drink this smoothie and wave goodbye to winter sniffles!

    Healthy Turmeric and Mango Smoothie

    Ingredients

    • 1 cup orange juice
    • 1 banana
    • 2 peaches, stones removed
    • half a mango, cubed
    • 1 tbsp grated ginger
    • 1 tsp of turmeric
    • 1 cup almond milk
    • 1 heaped tbsp natural yoghurt
    • 2 tbsp honey
    • ice cubes

    Instructions:

    1. Add all to your blender and enjoy!
