Unsurprisingly, the HelloFresh team spend a lot of time in the kitchen, so we know a trick or two about what to do with leftovers. As we celebrate Halloween, a scary number of pumpkins will inevitably be thrown to waste this weekend, so we thought why not turn our attention to pumpkins. 

And we’re not just talking pumpkin-spiced lattes, oh no. From baked pumpkin bread to an deliciously velvety Mac ‘n’ cheese, these recipes show just how versatile squash is.
