I love a good lemon dressing but never get the time to make it! However, I’m tempted to try this grapefruit one… even though I don’t like eating grapefruit. It’s always been too sour for me but I feel it would be nice just dispersed throughout the salad and helping on the acidity side. Who know, I might become a convert.
