It would be a small triumph if you could leave the HelloFresh office without engaging in some sort of food-orientated conversation. Whether it’s squabbling over the best way to pimp up morning porridge or getting green eyes over Patrick’s “I just threw this together” lunch, it’s safe to say that food is on our minds (and the kitchen menu) 24/7.
A love of good, healthy food is what brings everyone in the office together, and is one of the reasons we’ve teamed up with LEON. Like us, the lovely people at LEON go above and beyond to create delicious and exciting food with fresh, good-for-you ingredients. These recipes prove that cooking and eating healthily doesn’t have to tie you to the kitchen; nor does it mean that flavour goes out the window. With tasty tricks and tips along the way, you’ll be amazed at how quickly these dishes come together.
With spring making a very warm and welcome appearance this week, we’ve started to crave lighter, fresher dinners, daydreaming about the day we can finally turn on the barbeque, and counting down the days to our summer holiday (no, it’s never too soon!).
