HelloFresh Gardens | In partnership with Social Farms & Gardens

July 18, 2022
by Kate Sustainability

HelloFresh and Social Farms & Gardens are working in partnership to help communities learn about living more sustainably. By growing fruit, vegetables and flowers in local allotments, groups of all ages can come together to find out more about where food comes from, learn gardening skills and enjoy the benefits of being in nature. HelloFresh have also teamed up with Farming and Gardening Advocate, JB Gill to encourage more sustainable kitchen habits in UK homes.

    Why HelloFresh Gardens?

HelloFresh, the UK’s favourite recipe box believe where ingredients come from is just as important as how they taste. Teaching local communities how to grow their own produce and how this can impact food waste, helps everyone to learn about how to live more sustainably.

How are we helping the community?

We want to encourage people of all ages and backgrounds to learn about sustainability, develop new skills and make connections in their local area. From adults to little ones, learning how to grow fruit and vegetables, caring for plants and harvesting the produce not only teaches us more about food production, but also brings people together.
