Hi all and hello Spring!
We’re well into the official spring season (how and when did we arrive here?!) and I actually believe we may finally be emerging from our long, grey and pretty soggy winter! The sun is out (just) and my mind is already drifting to those long Bank holiday weekends that are fundamentally necessary to carry us through to summer.
Although it’s still pretty cold outside, the Chefs at HelloFresh think the months from March to May are something to really get excited about. Spring is a great time to celebrate seasonal Britain ingredients (think asparagus, sprouting broccoli, rhubarb, radishes…) and what better way to celebrate than with the highlight of April’s calendar – Easter!
We understand that for some of you, Easter may be a ‘chocolate-focused’ affair, but we don’t think this should be a holiday just for kids (or Aunty Barbra)!
