    Let’s all agree on something – smoothies are delicious in general. BUT these homemade smoothies are the most delicious ones we’ve tried. Give them a whizz this weekend and let us know what you think.

    The Recipes

    The great thing about smoothies is you don’t even need a real recipe. We’ll just tell you the ingredients and you put them in your blender and press on. Deal?

    The Pink Lady

    What You Will Need:

    1 grapefruit
    2 kiwi gold
    1 cup raspberries
    300ml semi-skimmed or full-fat yoghurt
    2 tablespoons honey or more to taste

    The Humble

    What You Will Need:

    1 pear
    1 tangerine
    1/2 lemon, squeeze juice
    fresh mint
    300ml full yoghurt

    The Hulk

    What You Will Need:

    2 Bananas
    6 Pineapple slices
    300ml Full fat yoghurt
    80 g Spinach
    60g Cranberry and seeds mix (this goes on top as garnish)

    The Golden Boy

    What You Will Need:

    ½ Mango
    2 Lime, squeeze juice
    150ml Coconut milk
    400 ml Bulgarian yogurt
    120g Cashew-raisin mix (to garnish)

    The Berry Delight

    What You Will Need:

    4 small apples , peeled & sliced
    300g  blueberries
    2 oranges, peeled & sliced
