    Ingredients

    • A slither of Avocado
    • 3 chopped Apples
    • 1 ¾ sliced Beetroot
    • 1 tsp Lemon Juice
    • 1 ½ tsp Lime Juice
    • ⅛ Mango
    • 375ml Coconut Water

    • 1 banana
    • 1 cup (frozen) blueberries

    • 2 medjool dates
    • 1 tablepsoon chia seeds
    • Coconut yoghurt to top

    • 1 small banana

    • 2 heaped tsp Aduna Baobab Powder
    • 1/3 fresh mango
    • 1/2 medium banana
    • Juice of 1/2 small lime
    • 1 tbsp coconut cream
    • 1/2 tsp ground turmeric
    • 200-300ml coconut water, depending on desired consistency
    • Desiccated coconut, to serve (optional)
