Ingredients
- A slither of Avocado
- 3 chopped Apples
- 1 ¾ sliced Beetroot
- 1 tsp Lemon Juice
- 1 ½ tsp Lime Juice
- ⅛ Mango
- 375ml Coconut Water

Ingredients
- 1 banana
- 1 cup (frozen) blueberries
- 1/2 – 3/4 cup coconut water
- 2 medjool dates
- 1 tablepsoon chia seeds
- Coconut yoghurt to top
