5 Best Outdoor Pools in London July 18, 2016

by Trisha Our Stories

This week is going to be an absolute scorcher. So, here are our favourite outdoor pools in London so you can cool off.

Brockwell Lido

Not only is this pool huge, it’s also got it’s very own award winning cafe. If you’re a busy parent and you want to get a swin in before work – you can sign your kid up for a club in the morning, while you have a swim. Ideal! For over 60s – you can get in for free during the week before 10am. Not bad!

Address: Brockwell Park, Dulwich Rd, London SE24 0PA

London Fields Lido

The London Fields Lido is heated! So for those of you who, like me, can’t get into freezing water even if it’s boiling – this one’s for you! You don’t be short of snacks either, because there are not one, but two cafes!

Address: London Fields West Side, London E8 3EU

Hampton Pool

This pool is a bit smaller, but every bit as charming – at 36-metres. It’s got lots of lovely grassy areas to relax on and the pool is heated! They even have BBQs outside normal pool hours and they welcome newsbies with open arms! Get involved!

Address:  High St, Hampton TW12 2ST

Parliament Hill Lido

At 60 metres – this pool is pretty huge! But this one is unheated, so one for a really hot day. They’re also got a cafe and a paddling pool for the little ones.

Address: Parliament Hill Mansions, Hampstead Heath, Lissenden Gardens, London NW5 1NA

Pools on the Park Richmond

They’ve got an outdoor and indoor pool, so if you’re not sure if the weather is going to be good enough for outdoors, this one is perfect. They also have a spa!

Address: Pools on the Park, Old Deer Park, Richmond, TW9 2SF
