Getting the kids to eat a balanced breakfast before treat or treating is about to get a lot easier thanks to these spooktacular delicious egg recipes.

    Have an eggcellent Halloween…

    1. Eyeball Eggs

You’ll never look at a sunny-side up egg the same way again…

    Eyeball Eggs

    Ingredients

    • 2 Eggs
    • Ketchup
    • Olive Rounds

    Instructions:

    1. Cook eggs sunny-side up in a nonstick or cast iron skillet until whites are set.
    2. Put ketchup in a plastic bag and make a small cut in the corner. Use this to create the eye (yolk)’s veins.
    3. Place an olive round in the centre of the yolk to serve as the eyeball.

    2. Spider Eggs

Hurry up and eat them before they crawl off the plate!

    Ingredients

    • 2 Eggs
    • Ketchup
    • Olive Rounds

    Instructions:

    1. Cook eggs sunny-side up in a nonstick or cast iron skillet until whites are set.
    2. Put ketchup in a plastic bag and make a small cut in the corner. Use this to create the spider’s legs.
    3. Place two olive rounds to serve as the spider’s eyes (they should be bordering the yolk and the egg white).

    3. Mummy Toast

    Ingredients:

    • 2 Slices Toast
    • Strawberry or Tomato Chutney
    • 2 Eggs
    • Olive Rounds
    • Cheese, cut into thin strips

    Instructions:

    1. Carefully crack eggs into a nonstick or cast iron skillet. Cook until egg whites are set but yolk is not yet hard. Use a spatula to flip and cook until done.
    2. While eggs are cooking, spread tomato chutney onto toast.
    3. Top with over-easy eggs, then layer strips of cheese across to make it look like a mummy.
    4. Place olive rounds at the top to serve as the eyes (one eye should be partially underneath the cheese so it’s extra creepy!).

    4. Pumpkin Deviled Eggs

The perfect canape for your Halloween drinks party…

    Ingredients:

    • 6 Hard-Boiled Eggs
    • 4 Tablespoons Mayo
    • 2 Tablespoons Mustard
    • 1 Teaspoon Paprika
    • Dash Salt and Pepper
    • Chives, cut into 1/2-inch pieces

    Instructions:

    1. Cut boiled eggs in half lengthwise and remove yolks.
    2. Mash yolks with mayo, mustard, and paprika. Season with salt and pepper.
    3. Put yolk filling in a plastic bag and make a small cut in the corner.
    4. Fill each egg white with yolk mixture. Sprinkle with additional paprika and carefully add a chive to serve as the pumpkin’s stem.
